  Order a Carmel mocha and it was filled only a little more than halfway and the rest was whipcream when asked to fill it up all they did was add milk and it still wasn't up to the fill line

  Upon receiving a nasty customer who had an outrageous tantrum over missing a piece of lettuce on his hamburger, the management and employees handled the situation very calmly and efficiently, and treated him and other customers with the utmost respect during this man's ugly episode (which was in front of his two year old son).
  My order was great, the employees were super friendly, and and the manager on duty displayed the most amount of self control I've ever seen from any human being.
  PS: congratulations to Maria for her 15 years of employment!
